In a 2000m² garden with a private pool, this 200m² house includes 5 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 vast living room/kitchen which opens on one of the terraces.
It can comfortably accomodate 12 people all year long (2 sofabeds can be used as cots for extra people).

Kitchen and dining room fully equipped with diswawher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, toaster, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, blender, kettle, raclette machine, electric whisk, etc. Living room air conditioning, television, DVD player, stereo, CD player, wireless Internet, safe, board games, babyfoot, piano Bedrooms (max 12 people) All 5 bedrooms have a wardrobe and room enough to tidy your personal things. 2 of the rooms can be air-conditioned Linens and towels are provided Beds are made for you before your arrival. On the ground floor : 2 bedrooms with large double beds. 1 little bedroom with 2 single bunkbeds (ensuite with one of the bigger rooms). Terms and conditions
Rental from saturday to saturday during high season
TOURIST TAX RATES 1€ Per person and per day
Housekeeping charges are included in the rental price (corresponding to our tidying up at the end of your stay). These fees rid you from the main cleaning tasks, however shall we ask you to let the accomodation clean and tidy, dishes washed and put away and garbage cans emptied. Bed sheets, duvet covers and bath towels are to be gathered in the entrance hall.
Check in from 4PM – check out until 10AM.
Bookings become final once a deposit of 50 % has been paid (with the rental contract), balance due on your arrival.
Refundable damage deposit 800€
Linens and towels are provided
Beds are made before your arrival.
If needed, baby equipment available (cot, high chair, bath, changing table, booster seat). Ask owner.
4 extra sleeps on sofa beds in the living room.
You are not allowed to exceed the authorized accommodation capacity (except agreement of the owner).
The swimming pool is opened from 04/01 to 09/30
No pets admitted.

Jocelyn Vigouroux : olive grower and olive oil producer (the best around!). You can visit the Domaine du Pigeonnier and his oil mill in Payzac, set in a landscape of terraced crops of olive trees and vineyards.
